The news can be tough. We know. But good things happen too. All the time. I found three great stories this week. They’re from all over the country. They show how awesome people are.

New Healing in Arkansas 🍎

In Bentonville, Arkansas, something cool is starting. Alice L. Walton, from Walmart, is building a new medical school. It’s special. It focuses on keeping people healthy, not just fixing them when they’re sick.

They teach new ways. Mixing medicine with art. Students even learn to cook healthy meals. Imagine your doctor knowing how to cook! They have a garden on the roof. It’s a quiet change, but it can help many people stay well.

Free Calls in Vermont ☎️

Ever lose phone service? It’s bad, especially in the country. In Vermont, places had no signal. No emergency calls. No calls home.

But Patrick Schlott, an engineer, fixed it. He found old pay phones. He made them work again. Now they connect to the internet. Calls are totally free! People use them for everything. Car trouble. Kids calling home. One phone got 370 calls last month! Patrick pays for it all. He’s a true hero.

Grandmas and Teens Connect in California 💖

This story is just pure happiness. In Fullerton, California, a club called Golden Connections brings teens and grandmas together. It’s a summer camp.

Teens learn old skills like sewing and cooking. Grandmas teach them. They share wisdom and stories. It’s more than learning. It’s about making friends. It helps older people feel less lonely. It helps teens too. Friendships grow. Laughter fills the air. It’s a simple, great idea. Connecting people. Everyone wins.

So there you go! Three reminders. Even when things are hard, good people are doing amazing things. Look for the good. It’s everywhere. 👀
